For over 30 years we have worked with large, medium & small organisations; public & private, in their Service Transformation initiatives, many of which which have realised significant investment returns. Sometimes this has been as the customer and sometimes as a supplier.

During this time we have set up and run three successful Service Management practices, one for the largest global partner of a leading ITSM vendor, another for a global top 10 consultancy and one smaller, niche practice, before then working inside ServiceNow.
